"Leftovers" is a short film about food-based cartoon characters within in a live action setting. Their only goal in life is to be eaten, but when a non-expired food is thrown away, the three main characters embark on a rescue mission to save them from the trash. They don't like being wasted!

A salty fish not favored by many, but his friendly moments are ones to be relished.

Has little patience and just wants to get eaten. He's there for his friends, but is quick to have beef.
MeatballSub
Meatball Sub, they were served on a roll, and the smart half got eaten.
They chill with Reuben, but aren't as cold.
